Making an enquiry through this website, or downloading an application form from it, does not constitute an application, a reservation, or an offer or guarantee of a place. Admission to the School is governed solely by the School’s admissions policy and procedures, and remains at the discretion of the School.
The Pay Fees Online link on this site takes you to a secure payment facility operated by a third party (the School’s payment provider), on that provider’s own website. No payment card details are collected, processed or stored on this website.
Payments made through that facility are subject to the provider’s own terms, security arrangements and transaction charges. Please retain your payment reference, and address any question about a payment or a fee statement to the Bursar’s office.
The School crest, motto, flag and colours, the name S. Thomas’ Preparatory School, the school song and hymn, and all text, photographs, video, artwork and design on this website are owned by or licensed to the School, and are protected under the Intellectual Property Act No. 36 of 2003 of Sri Lanka.
If you believe material on this site infringes your rights, please write to us at the address in section 12 and we will look into it promptly.
Photographs and video of our students appear throughout this website — in the Gallery, News & Events, the Archives and our livestream — as an ordinary record of school life, published under the School’s media consent arrangements (see our Privacy Policy).
Out of respect for the children in our care, you must not download, copy, edit, re-publish or otherwise reuse images of students from this site — including on social media — without the School’s written permission. This applies even where you or your child appears in the image.
Requests to use an image, or to have a photograph of your child removed, should be sent to the School Office and will be acted on promptly.
This site links to websites the School does not operate or control — including the Old Boys’ Union, our sister schools, the online fee payment facility, our YouTube channel, our digital archive and our social media pages. Those links are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement. We are not responsible for the content, availability or practices of those sites, and once you follow a link that organisation’s own terms and privacy policy apply.
You are welcome to link to our home page in a way that is fair and lawful and does not suggest any association with, or endorsement by, the School. Framing our pages within another site, or presenting our content as your own, is not permitted.
