School Fees

School fees are to be paid prior to the commencement of every school term.  

1.Payments at the School Office

School Fee payments can be done at the School Office ONLY using credit/debit cards. Office hours are as follows, 

Weekdays – 7.45 a.m. to 3.30 p.m.(Only when school is in session)

2. Direct Bank Deposits

Make sure to mention your son’s name, class and admission number in the deposit slip. If not, the amount paid will be transferred to a suspense account. Kindly handover the deposit slip to the  school office or send a scan copy of the receipt to bursar[@]stps.edu.lk 

 3. Online payments through Talkative Parents  Application

You can pay your son’s school fee through the Talkative Parents Mobile Application and you do not need to send a proof of payment as this is an online transaction which will be recorded automatically by the school. A convenience fee of 2.25% for each transaction will be charged from parents by the bank. 

 4. Payment through the School Website 

You can pay your son’s school fees by clicking on the “Pay Fees” button that is available on the top right corner of the Website. You can also pay by clicking here. A convenience fee of 2.25% for each transaction will be charged from parents by the bank. 

5. Easy Payment Schemes 

Parents can now also avail themselves of a 5% rebate in school fees by paying for the year at once. The payment must be made in full before the 31st of March of the respective year. After providing the rebate, the full fee for the year has been calculated at roughly Rs. 110,000. If there is an excess/shortfall, it would be communicated accordingly during the third term. 

Credit card payments can be made either by visiting the school office in person during the school office hours or through the Payment gateway which is accessible through the Talkative Parents App. All fields need to be filled. In the Description field please mention the term you are paying for. If it’s the full year’s fees, please mention as ‘Full year’. 

A convenience fee of 2.25% for each transaction will be charged when the payment is done through the App. 

If you wish to avail an extended settlement plan, you may contact the respective bank to do so. Please refer to the detail given below for the available “Call and Convert” options. This is applicable for both the Term fees as well as Annual fees.
