Rifle Shooting

Rifle shooting was introduced to Prep School on the 15th of November 2015 by the then Headmaster Rev. Dushantha Rodrigo. The donation of rifles and other necessary equipment by Mr. Rajiv Wanigasekara and Mr. Arjuna Gunawardana helped get this activity off the ground. It is currently made available to all students from Grades 6 – 11. Practices take place every Tuesday from 2 pm – 4 pm within the school premises under the watchful eye of our very able trainer Mr. Premalal.  The Master-In-Charge of Rifle Shooting is Mr. I.M.M.P. Illangakoon.

The following students were awarded Junior National Colours in their respective years:
